What the Hick!

Yeah sure, what the hick! hehe...it just needed to be done! That's it! Now since ppl nagged me about that i "re-used" those low reso textures (mainly on the Tanka) i did these completely all by myself! I threw in an engine from A3DR's Cuda toy car and whacked on some hamers And yeah..its a bit faster as the original but hell, its a new truck he has ******** TTR Edit: Also a skin is there for the clenched fist in my skins section.

Because the Sea WEED! AHhaHa, I mean, because Bruner_James made it. Ok, so that was so desperate it could probably have been left out, but this is my first proper content post on TSS under the new system (Ignoring the existing stuff I've fed through) so I'm allowed to make a half assed joke on account that it's AAAAALL good! Another thing that is all good is this skin I'm posting. Bruner_James has provided a third skin for his '49 Merc conversion (The other 2 come with the car). It's a crackin' skin, and would go really well with his other lines skins/cars, so be sure to download this and the rest, if you haven't already. Anyways, I have a hankerin' for some gammon and pineapple - We haven't got any, so I'll have to do with coke, but still. Anyway, without further ado, you can get Bruner_James' skin here. Oh, also, I'm sat watching the Six Nations Rugby of Wales Vs Ireland. LJ is out on a surfing trip in south wales at the moment so I shall provide a "Go Wales!" for him. If they win this match then they win the whole kit and kaboodle (Roughly), so perhaps I'll do a welsh skin if they win. I know I'm not Welsh, but if they lose then France become the winners, and anyone who puts France in second place deserves a thumbs up from me that is all -- rm [EDIT: LJ] Too fucking right! What a day, had some crackin surf and we just won the grand slam! Saw the whole match of course, beautiful play by the Welsh boys, fantastic first try off a charge down and I'm ecstatic! Not even bothered that my face is slightly burnt from the sun and surf this morning! [EDIT: rm] I offered, they won, and now I deliver! - I figured I'd better get off my ass and do one seeing as that's what they did. This is probably my first skin to take longer than 2 hours to do. The alignment on this was fun, but not stupid enough to make me give up (Which has happened in the past) - Good car to drive too... Rant: Visa

Well well, been quite busy the last few days. Ok, lets start from the start (if people are wondering, the rants section is merging with the main news). In about a month, I will be heading back out to the States for the second of my work placements as part of my degree. This time I'm going to Duke University in Durham, NC. So, a couple of days ago, my DS2019 form arrived from Duke. This form is required to get a visa on my passport so I can enter the US. So, now I am required to take a 2 hour trip to London (that doesn't sound much to all you Americans, but its quite far for us Brits) where I have to see the US consular at the embassy there. So the reason I have been busy is because I have had to fill in lots of forms. You guys don't make it easy to enter your country eh?

Automation

I've spent much of today converting the various file types over to our content management system, so you will now see new index pages for C2 and GTA, along with a better style for the content pages. This makes the posting process easier for us, everything looks nicer, and things can be changed later more easily. Eventually the entire site will take this form, where possible.

Negative attitude

Surprisingly (to me), people actually read my useless rantings and as a consequence, we have here a screenshot taken by Powdered Toast MAAAN!! aka PTM (cos its easier) which I have cropped to just show the 88888 of course. And I deliver to you, as promised, some fine words of his choosing: "I don't really have any words of wisdom to bestow upon the community, but I will say that everything sucks right now... and probably will continue to anyway regardless of what I (or anyone) does..." - PTM. I think this will also have to take a place in our random quotes, just for the sake of humour. So many thanks PTM, keep taking those antidepressants and don't worry, things will improve! Especially cos you have now increased your fame level minutely .

Glad to see you've gotten the hang of it with the other post. But, what I wanted to say is that the counter will soon be on a respectable value of 88888, which I had to mention because I like numbers like that. You know when you catch the clock at 11:11? Well anyway... I feel something should be done for this, so... ok, the person who happens to get hit number 88888, if you will take a screenshot and send it in to me, I will post it along with some fine words of your choosing, and you can be the headline for as long as it stays at the top. There, that will do I think.
