Rant: Today's antics

Hmm, what's happening today? Nothing much really. I'm awaiting my final university offer from Bath, that still hasn't come, but I'm expecting it any time now. Still playing a lot on my X-Box, and I still can't stress enough how good Halo is. I need to get some more games for it now, give myself a bit more variety. It's the Easter holidays for me now, 2 weeks off school (and much needed too!) I'm going on holiday next Saturday (which is also my birthday) so I'm looking forward to that. I'll be 18, too! Well, I think that's all the ranting for now. LJ

Domain Transfer

TSS may go offline for a day or two soon. I am having the domain transferred (and also renewed), a necessary thing I'm afraid. It may be possible to avoid downtime, but I think that is unlikely. Nevertheless, we won't be gone long, so do not adjust your, er, monitors!

Hello, if your reading this. Im Oxide, I'm a bit new to all this malarchy, so if I do something stupid just hit me. Not too hard, mind. [Edit!] rm here, welcome to the team mate, you will enjoy it here (If you like silence)... Just thought I'd point out that the GTA cars that are being pumped in here are ace! If you are after some nifty gta cars, then go look at Oxide's cars here. I highly suggest it. Might even see some of them getting into carmageddon.. Wehey! [End Edit.]

Fresh meat!

OK, not meat, but a new member of the team! I'd like to officially welcome Oxide to TSS. Oxide will be bringing us some beautiful GTA cars, and you can see the first of those here. Look out for more of his works. Well, I'll leave him to introduce himself properly, and catch you all later.

Bit quiet?

Don't ask me why, but the team seems a little quiet... sure, Random is his little chirpy self (well, here anyway) but it seems that Junkpile (normally a regular poster) is AWOL. Well, maybe the rest of the team will figure out how to post here, but in the meantime, check out this page and see whether you're up to the challenge. In fact, just someone to post regularly would be good for the meantime (just community updates, and some extra news on other games/systems). Let me know if you're interested.

Blah

What's going on now? Hmm, well, general stuff. I'm not doing much on my PC atm, I've got an X-Box here, so I'm playing that quite a bit. Halo is amazing... and multiplayer on a console, I have to say, is so much easier. Mind you, PC's are still the best... anyway, people reading this should, at some point in the near future, edit a PC game (Carmageddon or otherwise) and let me know the how/what/where etc, because I'm interested in shit like that. Community updatey stuff

We're back! I aint a monkeys what happened, but now everything is going a tad faster.. so yey! *ahem* Anyway, regaining normality now. Just to slide back into the habit of carmageddon. What has been going on in the community. Driven to Destruction: The boys over here have sped up a little recently, only a tad though. But AdR is posting, aswell as beast. AdR has posted his latest works with slayer, as well as 4 nifty skins. 1 of which is absolutely sweet. Almost makes me want to install the car just for the skin ;) Crashocalypse: uh .. well ... umm... Moving on... LoD: There have been cars poopin out from all angles recently here. 4 Bel Airs, a few of slayers cars converted, and Beroc is working on a track (Previewed over at the CWA) Planet Maim: They're back! They've come with a bang too. poisonlizards cars are having updates, other stuff in the works - and most recently, Bandit released his 'Lego Car' for tdr. All pieces are detachable, making a fun ride. So go gettum Thats all from me for now, should be posting some news on cars I'm working on soon. Tara ---- rm

Well?

Don't ask me what went wrong, but something happened, and TSS disappeared. Well, we're back now, and feeling a little stronger, as the server seems to be quicker. Well, that's all for now, I think. More soon...
