installation:

go to location c:\program files\rockstar games\gta san andreas\models\gta3.img
open up the "GTA3.IMG" with your img editor (IMG TOOL 2.0 by default)
find the file names "at400" & "hydra" (DFF & TXD)
then replace them with the ones that are in this archive

BACK UP YOUR FILES INCASE THE INSTALLATION GOES WRONG!!!!!!
