Elegy Turbo tuned

Elegy turbo mod by Keven977 and EON.

This is the original Elegy in an improved version with roll cage, intercooler, new rims and environement effect :)

All you need to know for the installation is on the readme included in this archive, you also need IMGtool 2.0, can be easily found on google :)
