Camera positions

Because this is so simple, Ill just give one tip now.
To get better view from cockpit, you shouldn't put the camera exactly to driver's eyes, but you could put it like in this picture: (The picture on the right will show the view in the game)

Imagine a horizontal line a bit below the roof. Then imagine 45° line from the steering wheel.
The crossing point of these two lines is a good spot for camera. You can choose the X-value yourself, just make sure there aren't any obstacles in the way, for example mirrors.
